Shipping and Returns

Shipping:

  • Standard Nationwide shipping is available

  • Flat rate delivery fees apply, capped at $10

  • Free shipping on orders over $100

  • Delivery time is 3-5 business days

  • We currently ship within NZ only and offer a pick-up option​

Returns:

  • We offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund, provided items are returned in new, resellable condition. (shipping costs are not refunded)

  • Exchanges are available

  • To return an item, email us with your name and order number. We will provide instructions for returning item
